If you find yourself wondering at times -- "where did all the creativity go?", some of it can be found at this fantasy region.   It is a happy place and while not themed for October it IS very orange and the default lighting is spooky.   Admittedly this is an adjusted EEP so that you could see the environment clearly.  

There is also a snazzy bar and dance floor so I am guessing some music is played here at times.
