Working toward a better new user experience. 

Obviously this has been happening for awhile but NOW "anyone" can apply with a proposal.   Since some of you may be interested and since some of you don't bother to read the official blog ^^ I am putting the link in here for ya!

I am thinking that first tier folks will probably get first shot at things but even if you are not up there with the big boys it might be worth a try.
