Moving Into Auden

Twas great fun moving into Auden by the port.  I love the house but it is bigger than my norm and so there was a challenge there.

With 700 land impact to spend on my double prim lot I added plenty of flora in back garden, entry and along the sidewalk. 

The Auden is very much an indoor - outdoor house  Balcones and patios let you enjoy the sun and watch the nearby port. 

Living is open and easy.

While I don't do parties these days it is nice to know that I "could" with plenty of space and an easy flow pattern for visitors. 

The bedroom is spacious.

My homemade bath area is cozy and warm -- perfect for relaxing.

And of course there is a studio.

No credits -- way to many items.
