Retro Charm
The Trompe Loeil - Rockland Modern Cottage Open Floor Plan (there is one with room dividers included) is a charmer. It reminds me of many styles of the 50s so if you are a retro fan this would be perfect. The house is raised above the ground and there are pillars for support. I am pretty sure it wouldn't work in our corporeal world but we really don't have to worry about that. You can also push it down into the ground OR use it in a coastal setting with waterfront entry. So many options.
While the house is simple in design it boast many extras such as indoor outdoor fireplace, planter boxes with plants and waterfalls. Sized down a bit from default and big enough for most avatars it weighs in at 65.
