And you know what that means? It is the best time to find a new property in those seldom available sims.
Back in the day that was about the ONLY time you could score a plot in the bijou :D.
A post on the forums had me venturing over for a look. I was tempted to rent but honestly I have a LOT of places these days.
It is a lovely area with very reasonable prices.
Also if plots are taken just look around. I found one not listed without even trying. Your dream property may await. This is a highly landscaped area and is likely not for those with old computers.
