What's Happening with the SL Support Problem

I wasn't invited to the latest ZOOM meeting which of course I wouldn't have attended. I am -- like many of you -- interested in support tickets (both in SL and RL of late - insert cringe here).  

So for those of you that want to keep up with progress even if it is slow I redirect you to Inara Pey's informative blog.   

I can't say the news is wonderful but it could be worse.  I will also say in aside mode that I am dropping a big name company that I have done business with for two decades because of the horrible support and website issues.   So support really DOES matter.
