The Village

There seem to always be folks (mostly new) on the forums looking for a "community".  What that term means depends on the individual, but if you are looking for small inexpensive ways to start out in Second Life this mainland village might be perfect. 

A mixture of small rental shops ---

and pubic areas, it softens the atmosphere with cobblestone and mini-forests.   

There are even some on the edges of town brownstones.    I couldn't find the prim allotments per rental but you could contact the owner or ask in the group that is listing in the rental info card.  

This is and area with a road running through the edge. Another shopping area is across the road making it all seem larger.
