Jocosa Modern Houseboat

Now and then I open a box, blink my eyes a bit and say to myself, "oh my!"  The Trompe Loeil  Jocosa Houseboat is one of those releases. Gorgeous textures and beautiful lines make this an outstanding new item.  

Built-ins divide the living area into two parts, one more private, the other all windows.  Accent moldings and round windows at a nautical look. 

The upper level is more about design than living space but there is enough room for some sleeping bags or maybe some chairs to take in the view.  No stairs.
