Your Choice - Ionia

Not only is the Trompe Loeil - Ionia Modern Cabin cute, low land impact with good LODs and happily priced at the COLLABOR88 linden values, it comes in a two pack with both two room and open planning options.  It is a small little house suited for one or two. 

The two room version offers privacy for a bedroom or bed and bath combo (or a very luxurious bathroom with floor to ceiling window views. It also adds extra wall space for bookcases or paintings.  

The open planning version gives more visual space. Deep welled windows give a hint to lots of insulation which is funny really with all those windows :D.   Trompe Loeil home controllers let you add security and such. The wood texture is yummy.

An outdoor fireplace and small corner flower bed complete the build. The base is deep so the house can fit on a slope as needed.   A snow add-on is available. 

CR Japanese Maple 23   is a gift from Shop and Hop.  Gorgeous with texture change leaves it is 21 land impact with very good LODs and comes with falling ground leaves mesh at 1 land impact.
