Hard to believe but this mini-bar set is only $50 out for Hello Tuesday.  That weekly event has changed somewhat too as it now includes items not only from the shopping district stores but from main stores. 

This is not a low land impact item but it is beautifully made with good LODs.  The pictures appear to be upside down purposefully but the pieces in the bar set are linked so you can use as you like.
