Garden Bard Abode - Superfans

Out for this week's Superfans deal (one of two houses) the Trompe Loeil - Garden Bard Abode (garden left) weighing in at 61 land impact with the filled rock garden.   

This is an older build, missing the super yummy textures of Cory's newer works, but it has its charms. I didn't have this house in my inventory although I remember some similar styles from around that time. It is small and charming and boasts a greenhouse back wall and back door.  This would be a great filler building in a country sim.   There are many versions in the pack including JUST the house.
