House on a Budget
Barnesworth Anubis is well-known for building classic family homes, so when I saw this very modern house on the C88 listing, I "did" take note. Not long after my interest was poked the streamlined build arrived in my inventory and so I can give you a full report.
Besides its low C88 cost, it is an amazing 14 land impact. Add 1 land impact for the interior walls (optional) and you definitely have a bargain. If minimalist modern is your style and especially if you have a great view, be sure and wander the demo. The default size is large (around 33 by 19) with plenty of outside deck areas. This would also make a nice gallery building.
