Welcome to the motels at Brookridge Haven  (roleplay). These nicely furnished rooms rent for 25 a week with 10 land impact for personal decor.

The rooms are clean and spacious.

Tis good to see low cost rental for the new folks.  I lived in a 25 linden rental when I first came to SL.  It was not NEAR as nice as this.   So if you know any new folks or want to let your alt(s) come out and play a bit  --- keep this in mind.   

There are roads and such for those that like to drive and a gas station across the street.
