If you have the space this is a bargain.   I lived in this house for quite awhile.  Funny but I can't remember WHERE that was; so very many homes over the years.  And checking my "Living in Second Life" pages came up empty.  I was not the best recorder long ago. 

You can of course move the rock down into the ground if you don't feel safe so high above the waters.
