Ailette Lake Cottage

You don't actually need a water's edge parcel for this cute contemporary home.  It could easily work on grass!   But I have a bit of shore that previously housed a boat and now and then it is time for a change.  

I have some friends that are basically homeless so I am thinking of furnishing this as a crash pad of sorts. Also there is a styling event coming up in May and it would be good to works out some ideas ahead of time. All good.

It boasts really good LODs with 70 land impact. One big "great room with wood burning stove included, plus a more private room to the side with back exit.
