The new Trompe Loeil - Auden Modern Cottage is a beauty with  many impressive design extras.

At 117 land impact the two story spacious abode fits easily on a 1024 lot.  Two styles offer with and without fireplace.  

The spiral staircase is a showstopper adding elegance complete with lighting fixtures.  And happily it is easy to climb with good physics!

The open plan calls out for sleek modern styling with plenty of "air".  Windows can of course be open or closed depending on your view possibilities. 

This lovely build doesn't quite fit on my odd-sized beach lot but I am hoping to call it "home" sometime in the future.
