ZOOM Notes from Linden Lab Security for Creators

Expect an official announcement on Monday about changes that are afoot.  Not attending the ZOOM meeting was a choice for a variety of reasons - one being that the conference was not held inworld.   

For those of you in a hurry to know the news, there is a clear outline here.  Hopefully the  notes are accurate or and at least close to the official announcement.  

The forum page is here.  After commenting I will not be joining in the rhetoric  guessing that it will get convoluted. 

This was NOT an elitist meeting of top people and LL cronies.  Creators could sign up on Discord. Not on Discord? That was a choice :D and not The Labs.

My biggest fear is that this may lose more of our good creators. Anyone who has dealt with YouTube's AI know the nightmare that has been. 

The future isn't written yet; let's hope it is a good one.  

Edit:  And I called that correctly. Didn't read the comments but there were plenty and when I woke up this morning ...

And since that forum post was pretty lopsided in the OP I also wanted to draw your attention to Juicybom's post (I know she had another name when she was "young" but it is escaping me now :D). This seems more balanced - and fun to read also.
