If you have ever wanted to impress the neighbors -- and at an almost free price -- you will want to explore the Valdis Cliffside Ranch from Trompe Loeil just out at COLLABOR88.   

Clean modern lines, good LODs and a tiny impact on your land impact bank, it definitely gets points for "creative" and that's a lovely thing to see.    I added some Black Forest Boulders to compliment the giant cliff face that the house is built into and downsized the complete build a bit to fit my "not eight foot" avatar. This smaller model weighs in at 55 land impact.  Floor to ceiling windows can be clear or shaded; I opted for a mix.   Pool and poolside animations (PG or A) are included. The build comes with a footprint rezzer for easy set up.
