The Hillside

A new house appeared at Lilly Ave in the early morning hours.  The Leander is now only a fond memory with some photos of course for reminders.   The Hillside by DaD is a major change with open plan, windows everywhere and sleek modern feel. 

More house, less yard this styling calls for plenty of empty spaces to let that chi flow, so there is no way I will use up my one thousand land impact allotment.  The Leander topped out a bit under 700 and that was an experiment in clutter!   But this should be a nice place to spend the Spring mornings.
