Out for 25L Tuesday, this really cute (and really short) summer dress in a variety of colors --- well, not so much as they are all pink based which seems to be the theme of the Cleo Designs shop. That's fine with me; I like pink! Plains and prints can be found and most popular mesh fits.
One thing I love about this dress is that the arm ruffles are NOT connected to the dress. Woot!
