Minimal's December 2023 group gift in PBR viewer

Minimal has a new sim and a new group gift out (fee group).  You will need a 2048 parcel and 283 land impact to use this lovely bit of work. It comes with an EEP setting which has obviously been crafted for the PBR engine.  

There isn't really enough room for a house; perhaps a small cabin would fit. But as a quiet place to ponder it is perfect.  Moody photo shoots of course work too.

And here with the exterior shell turned transparent for sunlight to get in AND a brighter and clear day EEP (non-PBR viewer).

The new environmental EEP settings no longer have gamma but have been replaced with another slider. I haven't played around with EEP in PBR enough to understand what is going on, but sometimes the world is darker in PBR and sometimes lighter than it's corresponding legacy look.  I am guessing that particular slider change has something to do with the mystery :D.
