Things you don't see that often?  Two ceiling levels, an extensive hud and lots of details and lighting.   Kitchen and bath are built in as well as TV and optional carpet. There is an important notecard on PBR which I read but honestly didn't understand all that well not being a PBR aficionado.  EEPs for PBR are included in the pack.  

Versions also include a choice of elevator or (I am guessing) an empty alcove which would make a nice office.
