I have mentioned this before, but I will say it again. More designers are adding me to their store SOMs without my permission. If you have a blogger review copy SOM, please feel free to add me, but
IF I DIDN'T CLICK ON YOUR STORE SOM - I DON'T WANT TO BE ON IT!!!!!
Or at least I don't know that I want to be on it :D. If you think I do, then send me a notecard with some photos or a landmark or whatever and when I have time I will take a look.
For those of you who have added me to your retail store SOM, be aware that I have muted you as the owner in order to not recieve your mailings. I get tons of messages which I faithfully read because I am interested. Putting me on your list without my permission just gets me angry with you.
If you have added me and find I am not responding to your IMs or notecards -- well now you know what happened.
I really shouldn't have had to post this. I suspect that others feel the same way. Opt IN is there for a reason.

HOHO. AND I was already in yours anyway. I know you know I didn't mean YOU :D.
It is getting to be a little bit like a telemarketing trial at my place. Not sure why. Plenty of folks that I want to hear from and that I have signed up for, but that doesn't mean I want sale notices from half of SL :D.

Lately I've been unsubscribing to a lot of stores that I really like mainly because it's the only way to avoid my IM's being capped.....

at the risk of exposing my ignorance... i didn't even know they could do that! but that explains some of the stuff i get and i can't imagine when i ever subscribed...
