Cloud Views
If you are lucky enough to have a pristine sky view ^^ the [ba] hooper house from Barnesworth Anubis offers spacious vista living on a land impact budget (59 as shown). It comes with or without a kitchen and features many built ins, interesting niches and lots and lots of glass including three huge skylights.
With a super deep (and stylish) base it can fit on most steep hillsides -- or as shown here on a 1024 pad in the clouds.
A semi private area offers space for bed, bath office or yoga studio :D. The built in couch does not come with animations but you could easily decorate it with books and blankets. If you are a wiz with AVsitter you could add your own animations. I suggest three linked invisible "cushions" would be the easier method but real pros could likely accomplish the feat using the house prims.
The kitchen is vast and you can easily get your thousand steps in while preparing dinner. Plenty of room for lots of kitchen clutter, it includes fridge and oven fronts as well as stovetop and sink.
