Wainscott Country Cottage - Superfans

MY idea of a cottage is small to tiny but obviously that is not everyone's definition.  Cozy is part of the package too -- in my mind anyway,    The Wainscott Country Cottage by Trompe Loeil is indeed cozy -- but not so small.  It fits nicely on a 4096 plot and weighs in at 141 land impact. 

The back of the house includes a pool with portico roof and plenty of space to party or play.  A large fireplace wall divides great room from central hall with leads to the back and two rooms on each side.  Lots of windows as you can see.
