The  Xaviera Villa is one of two $50 bargains out at Trompe Loeil this week. Wear your group tag to garner the goodies.  I love this and it was NOT in my inventory.  Good LODs. 48 land impact.  You will need to put down an invisible floor or rez on carpet *wink*.   A small price to pay for such style.
