And folks in Europe no longer have to pay VAT (I bet there is lots of clapping going on over there). Tier prices are also being reduced 10 percent on 1/8 of a region and larger.
Lots of good news. This will likely work well for some folks and perhaps give a push to mainland development. One can hope.
