Cilje Modern Ranch

The Cilje Modern Ranch from Trompe Loeil gives you lots of space in a small footprint. Two full stories and a very open plan has the space feeling even larger than it is. Two pony walls divide the upstairs space. They can be resized or deleted as you choose. A compact kitchen is included in the downstairs "great room". That can be removed in a few clicks should you not be a cook or not need a kitchen.  

Giant windows open to your view or -- as shown here -- can be closed for a more solid or cooler climate look. The build is 59 LI without the kitchen and there is a central pedestal in the base so the structure can be used on a hillside.  No hillside? Just push it into the ground :D.
