Jade At The Accessory Fair

Jade is the color of the week. The Accessories Fair opens tomorrow. Put them together and you have a stylish sneak peak at the event that begins Saturday 1 pm SLT. It is quiet over in the desert this morning but tomorrow begins an event filled time with a photo contest and an "adventure". (More on that below).

Charity events are most often spectacular. Builders and designers come together with a vision hoping to make our real life world a bit better. I love seeing the creations they come up with. This RFL venue is both different and fun. Two connected sims with themes of "oasis" and "dig". Both are great to explore.

Hang out at the oasis market; charm a snake with your very own pungi (new Scrabble word there). Explore the shops with exclusive new releases. Donate to Relay For Life by purchasing from special vendors.Most of all enjoy this great build by beth33 Beaumon with details help from Charriol Ansar.

For some of you the Fair is all about shopping! I have some superb things to show you from the designers at this event. First up and with an appropriately "jade-like" hue, is the lovely set from ruchica (main store). The set also come in orange -- we'll call it "coral" as its gemstone designation. Intricately detailed and exotic, this is definitely something I will enjoy wearing often.

Accessory Fair 2011 "Ancient Egypt: Discover the Treasures" photo contest entries will be accepted beginning June 13th, Monday at 1 PM SLT. The photo contest theme is "Treasure Hunter" with a cash prize set to 10,000L$ for the ultimate look. Find all details of the photo contest on:

The Quest is on, adventurers!

The Accessory Fair 2011 Treasure Quest starts on Sunday, June 19th at 11 AM SLT and ends on Sunday, June 26th at 3PM SLT.  It will feature clues and riddles to solve that will lead the adventurer in you through the two sims in search of the mystery of the Pharaoh. Along the way the intrepid explorer will find gifts and surprises, treasures and riches only found at "ACCESSORY FAIR 2011: Ancient Egypt: Discover the Treasures'' by GIA.
